A chauffeur transfer between Melbourne Airport and your hotel costs a fixed amount agreed before you fly. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name board, tracks the flight so a delay costs nothing, and drives you to the hotel entrance. The same fare applies hotel to airport, and we can take you hotel to hotel, to the cruise terminal or to a venue on the same booking.

Private chauffeur
One car, your party only, fixed fare quoted before you book, met inside the terminal. Melbourne CBD from $124 in an Executive Sedan. Best when you have luggage, a group, an early flight or a client to collect.

Shared shuttle or SkyBus
Cheapest per seat. SkyBus runs to Southern Cross Station and shuttle buses stop at several hotels, so you wait for the next departure and share the ride, then finish the last stretch on foot or in a taxi.

Taxi or rideshare
Fine for a solo trip with one bag. The price is metered or surge-based, so a slow run down the Tullamarine Freeway costs more on the day, and you queue at the rank rather than being met.

How the hotel pickup works
Arriving. Give us the flight number when you book. We track it, set the pickup to the real landing time, and your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a name board (T2 international: outside Exit Gate A near the Optus store; domestic T1, T3 and T4: at the baggage carousels). Bags go in the car and you are dropped at the hotel entrance, not a shuttle stop.
Departing. Your chauffeur meets you in the hotel lobby or at the porte-cochère at the agreed time, allowing for traffic and terminal access so you arrive at check-in unhurried. Early and late flights are covered 24 hours; pickups between 11:30pm and 3:45am carry a 20% surcharge shown on the quote.
Between hotels, or hotel to venue. Moving from an airport hotel into the city, to the cruise terminal at Station Pier, or to a conference venue is the same fixed-price booking. Add a stop on the form and it appears on your quote.

Hotel transfer questions
Which Melbourne Airport hotels have a free shuttle?
A few hotels at the airport precinct run their own shuttle for guests; check with the hotel directly. City hotels do not, which is why most travellers choose between SkyBus to Southern Cross, a shared shuttle, a taxi, or a private chauffeur booked in advance.
Is a taxi or Uber cheaper than a chauffeur from Melbourne Airport?
Usually a little cheaper for one person with light luggage, and the price depends on traffic and surge. A chauffeur fare is fixed before you book: Melbourne CBD hotels are $124 in an Executive Sedan whatever the freeway is doing, and you are met inside the terminal rather than queuing at the rank.
Can you collect me from the hotel for the flight home?
Yes. Book the return at the same time or later; the fare is the same in each direction. Tell us the flight so we can time the pickup for the terminal, not just the road.
Do you charge for waiting if the flight is late?
No. We track the flight and adjust the pickup. Waiting charges only apply if you ask the chauffeur to wait well beyond the included time after you have landed.
