One booking, the whole party, door to gate and back
Event days in Melbourne are decided by the trip in and the trip out. A chauffeur service booking puts your party in one vehicle, drops you at the venue entrance, and has the car waiting at an agreed point when it ends, so nobody is bidding for a surge-priced ride at 11pm with forty thousand other people.
Sedans for two or three, the Audi Q7 for four, the Mercedes V-Class for up to seven, and 11 or 14-seat minibuses for a table, a team or a conference group, each with a professional chauffeur. Every fare is fixed and quoted before you book, the same way as an airport transfer.

MCG and Marvel Stadium on match day, the Boxing Day Test, the Australian Open at Melbourne Park. We plan the approach around the road closures and meet you at a set point after the siren.

Rod Laver Arena, Marvel Stadium, the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Margaret Court Arena, Regent and Princess theatres. Fixed price in and out, with the return timed to the encore, not the crowd.

MCEC and the Crown precinct, hotel ballrooms, offsites and dinners. Airport collection for fly-in delegates, shuttles between hotel and venue, and a car on standby for the day if the schedule moves.
How event bookings run
Drop-off. Give us the venue and the start time. We set a pickup that lands you before the gates open or the session begins, allowing for the closures that surround Flemington, the MCG and Melbourne Park on event days, and drop you as close to the entrance as the venue permits.
Pickup after the event. Crowds and traffic management mean the car cannot idle at the gate. We agree a meeting point a short walk from the venue in advance, and your chauffeur is there at the time you set, or when you message that you are leaving. Waiting beyond the included time is quoted up front, never invented on the night.
Groups. A People Mover keeps seven together. For a corporate table or a team we run 11 and 14-seat minibuses, or several vehicles on one booking with one point of contact. Tell us the head count and the luggage and we match the fleet to it.
Fly-in guests. Delegates arriving for a conference can be collected at Melbourne Airport and taken to the hotel or straight to the venue on the same quote.

Event transport questions
How much does it cost to hire a chauffeur in Melbourne?
A fixed one-way transfer starts at $124 for Melbourne Airport to the CBD in an Executive Sedan. Event work is quoted the same way: send the venue, times, head count and whether you want the car to wait, and you have a fixed price in writing, usually within a few hours. A car on standby for the day is quoted as a block. No meter, no surge.
Can the car wait for us at the venue?
Yes, as a quoted standby. Most guests prefer a set pickup time and meeting point instead, which is cheaper and avoids the car being moved on by event traffic management.
Do you do Melbourne Cup and Derby Day?
Yes. Book early for the Spring Racing Carnival, and expect the return pickup point to be a short walk from the course because of road closures around Flemington.
Can you move a whole group?
Up to seven in a People Mover, 11 or 14 in a minibus, or several vehicles on one booking with one contact and one invoice.
