Tullamarine to your door, at a fixed price
Melbourne Airport at Tullamarine (IATA code MEL) is the city’s main international and domestic airport, 23 km north-west of the CBD. This page covers how a chauffeur transfer works at MEL: where your chauffeur meets you, how flight tracking and tolls are handled, and the fixed one-way fare for each suburb we serve. For Avalon or Essendon Fields, see the airport transfers overview.
Where your chauffeur meets you at Melbourne Airport
-
International arrivals (T2)
In the arrivals hall outside Exit Gate A, between the Optus store and the Villa Hut Cafe, holding a name board. From Exit Gate B, turn right and walk along the hall.
-
Domestic arrivals (T1, T3, T4)
Qantas T1, Virgin T3, Jetstar and Rex T4. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals area at the baggage carousels with a name board. Your terminal is printed on your ticket.
-
Flight tracking and parking
We monitor your flight and set the pickup to the real landing time, so a late aircraft costs you nothing extra. Short-term parking for the pickup is already inside the fare.
Roads, tolls and drive times from Tullamarine
Most trips into the city and the east run on the Tullamarine Freeway and CityLink, both tolled. Western suburbs use the Western Ring Road, which is free. Every fixed fare below already includes any CityLink toll, GST and the terminal meet-and-greet, so the quoted number is the number you pay. Drive times are for normal conditions; the morning peak inbound and the evening peak outbound can add 15 to 20 minutes, and the fare does not change when they do. For departures we allow for traffic and terminal access so you reach check-in unhurried.
Hotel, cruise and family transfers from Melbourne Airport
Heading to a city hotel? The hotel transfers page lists fixed fares to Melbourne hotels by name, from $123. Joining a ship at Station Pier? Cruise transfers run from the terminal to Port Melbourne for $130 in an Executive Sedan. Travelling with children? Capsules, seats and boosters are fitted before pickup, see the child seat page. Choosing a car: the Audi Q7 is our Luxury SUV for four with luggage, and the Lexus ES300h hybrid is one of the Executive Sedans.
